Vacuum Storage Bags hardly seem like the most exciting idea to start a company, but back in 2014 when yet another flimsy bag failed, we asked ourselves why nobody actually created a bag from decent quality material. We spent six months talking to different factories to find one that could properly create a vacuum bag from 110 Microns plastic and Neusu was born.
The vacuum storage bags were an incredible hit, and remain one of our best sellers, much imitated but never bettered by competitors.
But the idea of creating simple storage products better became the founding principle of Neusu. We quickly increased our product range to include bedding storage bags and underbed storage bags. Why was there only one size when beds can store much more underneath? Why only one handle which would rip? Why were most bags so poorly stitched? Why not use a heavy duty, durable material? We answered all these questions and more and in doing so created the world’s largest selection of underbed storage bags.
The quality of Neusu’s products won rave reviews from our customers and we quickly caught the eye of several businesses who often need to store things and they too were tired of bags that quickly fell apart. So, by 2016 Neusu became the supplier for various 5 Star hotels and spas, theatres, film production companies (very exciting!), oil rigs, cruise liners, superyachts and many more.
Does that mean that we are perfect? Of course not, with any product there is always the small chance of a manufacturing error. Neusu has stringent QA procedures in place to catch problems at source, but we’re all human. So alongside our drive to create the best products, we aim to create the best company, where problems are handled swiftly to ensure the customer is happy.
To this day we continue to grow Neusu offering more products and extending the ways we sell, following our founding principles:
- How can we make the very best version of a product?
- Would we use our product in our home?
- Is that a reasonable price for the quality of the product?
- How quickly can we dispatch our products?
- How would we like to be treated as a customer?
