UK standard delivery costs £3.99 and is sent by tracked courier, normally taking 2-3 business days. UK standard delivery is free on orders over £40.
UK expedited delivery is via UPS and costs £7.99, and is normally next business day if ordered before 2pm. UK expedited delivery is free on orders over £50.
Overseas delivery charges start at £7.99 but vary on destination and weight.
You can return any item within 30 days for a full refund, as long as it is returned unused and in its undamaged original packaging. You are responsible for the return postage costs, but we do not require a reason for your change of mind.
Contact us! We’re here to help. If an order hasn’t arrived or in the exteremly unlikely case of a fault with your product, drop us an email and we’ll spring into action. We are a UK company, so we response quickly within UK working hours, and as fast as we can outside of them.
If you decide to return your product, you must return all goods within that order, including any free gifts. The retail cost of any free gifts not returned will be deducted from any refund.
We’re a lovely company, but we’re not a charity (though we do support several). We think that’s reasonable.
We do create unique product sizes for businesses, and indeed have several B2B clients for whom we supply exact sized bags. Orders for bespoke sizes start at 500 units – we have a proven prototyping procedure to ensure the finished product is exactly to specifications. Please do contact us for details of your project.
We are not able to produce single or small run sized bags.
